The purpose of this module is to make any kind of document available to the club members.
Steps for adding a document-
Click on the add button
Choose the recipient type
All members (You can select all the members listed within the club, this list is generated based on the information provided in the directory module. You can even deselect the checkboxes if need be.
Subgroup (Select between all the subgroups created. This information is created by the sub-group module)
Members Select only individual members
3. Enter the title of the document
4. Choose the file access type, i.e; View only Downloadable
5. Attach/upload the file by clicking on the upload file button.
6. Select Publish date: You can select the date when you would like the document details to be sent to the recipients.
7. Select Expiry date: Select the date for the end of the document.
8. Click on save to add the document
