# Subgroup

A club can create subgroups for sending a notification or message to a group of members instead of always sorting through the entire list.

**Things to note -**

* This module helps in creating subgroups for the club’s members. 

* Any previously created subgroup can be edited, deleted or even viewed upon from this module. 

* The number of members present in each sub-group can be seen in the team members column.

* Click on the **Add New** button  

* Enter the **name** of the subgroup in the **Subgroup Name** column

* **Add** the members for the subgroup by entering the names in the search box 

* The option to select members by clicking on the checkbox beside the name is available. 

* Click on the <mark style="background-color:green;">**create**</mark> subgroup button.

All the subgroups created have functionality in other modules as well, i.e;  Upcoming events module, Club meetings module, etc.
