# Greetings

* This module consists of the details and a panel that sends out greeting messages to all the members of the club 
* Once the text has been entered into the text formatter make sure to select all the text with <mark style="color:green;">**‘ctrl + a ‘**</mark> and click on remove formatting.&#x20;

### Steps to add greetings:-&#x20;

1. In the text box provided - enter your Birthday Greetings and Anniversary Greetings message.  (Max 700 Charactars are allowed)
2. Click on the check- box - " Enable Birthday Notification" & "Enable Anniversary Notification" to share your greeting message via Inner Wheel India Mobile app.

Everyday morning in between 8 AM - 9 AM there is a notification which is triggered to all members who have download the Mobile application to check the Birthday & anniversary details - In your CLUB  and DISTRICT.

3\. If you select the checkbox <mark style="color:green;">**"SEND WHATSAPP"**</mark> - the greeting message will be sent as a WhatsApp message to the person celebrating his/her special day. The message goes from the Inner Wheel India centralized number.&#x20;

4\. If you select the checkbox <mark style="color:green;">**"SEND EMAIL"**</mark> - the provision to draft a separate email content is available. You can also incorporate HTML / IMAGES and TEXT in this input box.&#x20;

5\. Click on the <mark style="background-color:green;">**save**</mark> button.
