🤝Club Meetings

Club Meetings includes activities such as membership development, club administration, and fellowship events.

Things to note-

This module maintains the records of all the club service which were conducted by the club, i.e. - Executive committee meetings, General body meetings, Fellowship, Celebrations, Cultural.

Steps to add club service details:

  • Click on the "add meeting" button

  • Enter the Title of the meeting

  • Enter a detailed description about your meeting

  • Select the date on which your conducted your meeting

  • Enter the attendance ( i.e the total number of people who attended the meeting)

  • The attendance percentage ( % ) will be auto calculated automatically based on the number you entered.

The attendance percentage ( % ) for Executive Committee will be calculated on the basis of number of member that are there in the Executive Committee

  • Choose the type of meeting which was conducted- whether it was a Executive committee meetings, General body meetings, Fellowship, Celebrations, Cultural meeting.

  • Add the agenda of the meeting by clicking on the add button below Agenda and upload a word or pdf file.

  • Add the minutes of the meeting by clicking on the add button below MOM and upload a word or pdf file.

  • Add/upload any images related to the meeting. All the images have a description box to add details related to the image.

  • Click on the save button to see the changes in the respective areas.
