# COV

COV module will help the club leaders to prepare for the most meeting with all documents and the complete data can be downloaded in one single excel file.

**Key Points-** All the files except **‘live documents’** and **‘newsletters’** have an identical upload procedure

### Steps to upload documents in OCV / GOV Module:

* Enter the individual document upload module
* &#x20;Select the type of file in the dropdown.&#x20;
* Click the upload button&#x20;
* <mark style="background-color:green;">Click on save.</mark>
* All the modules have an option to include <mark style="color:purple;">"</mark><mark style="color:purple;">**other"**</mark> documents if needed

## The files uploaded on each of the modules will be used to create the COV report.

All the above data is available in a documented format for **download**.

The COV Module is generated as an *<mark style="color:green;">**excel document**</mark>* that creates links to all other reports.
