COV module will help the club leaders to prepare for the most meeting with all documents and the complete data can be downloaded in one single excel file.
Key Points- All the files except ‘live documents’ and ‘newsletters’ have an identical upload procedure
Steps to upload documents in OCV / GOV Module:
Enter the individual document upload module
Select the type of file in the dropdown.
Click the upload button
Click on save.
All the modules have an option to include "other" documents if needed
The files uploaded on each of the modules will be used to create the COV report.
All the above data is available in a documented format for download.
The COV Module is generated as an excel document that creates links to all other reports.
