📘Directory
The directory module maintains the records of all the club members- Number, Name, Inner Wheel ID, Designation, Birthday, Profile Picture, Business information, Addresses etc.
Key Points:
Only the members within the club can see the member’s entire information.
Members outside the club can only see all the business-related information.
Admins can edit the information from both ends(phone and the website)
Steps for adding missing numbers
If a number wasn’t added to the member’s information it can be updated by Change Phone no. or Email Id icon besides the Pencil icon
Click on that icon to access the editing panel.
Enter the number and name after selecting the country and click save.
The changes should reflect in the mobile app and website directory page
Steps for Changing a number from the module -
Click on the change number button inside the module.
Select the country.
Copy and paste the existing number of the member.
The information regarding the member should appear in the box below.
In the next box, provide the same/new information for the country.
Add in the new number that you wish to change.
Click on the Save.
All the changes should reflect in the mobile app and website.
Steps to Update the Directory module-
Click on the Edit (pencil icon) button beside the member's email ID.
You can update the following things:-
Member's Photo
Blood group
Birthday
Anniversary
Country
Secondary Mobile No.
Member's Introduction
Personal Social Media Details
Residential Details
Business Details
After updating the following Information, click on Save.
